She is a brilliant 13-year-old girl in grade 8. She is an orphaned child who was left with her grandmother who later passed on as well thus no one was left to fend for her.

St. Steven's Children's Home started in 2002 as a faith-based children's charitable Institution. It was the brainchild of Mrs. Esther Mwiti, a retired Nurse and Nutritionist.

The project is located in Timau Township, Meru Central District in Kenya's Eastern Province, East Africa. St. Steven's Children's Home is affiliated to Kids Alive Kenya a Faith  Led Organisation working to improve the lives of disadvantaged children. The Home's sponsorship is under Mt. Kenva Bible Baptist Mission Nanyuki.
