Desmond Baraka

He is a 6-year-old boy in pp2 who came as a child in need of care and protection. He is a sibling to Junior Mutua, an elder brother who is still under our custody. He is a child to a young single mother of three who fleed with the youngest kid when she could not fend for them all.
